Weather Policy: It is the policy of Community Education (CE) that when school is released early or closed, all CE activities will be canceled.
Registration: Registration is only considered complete when payment has been received for a class or activity.
Cancellations: Classes may be canceled due to lack of enrollment. All registrants will be notified prior to the start date of the class and will be refunded their entire registration fee. Because of this process, participants are requested to provide their current phone number, address and e-mail address.
Rescheduling: Every attempt will be made to reschedule classes that are canceled due to weather or canceled by the instructor/school.
Refunds: Participants may receive a refund for a class or activity if notice is given 24 hours or more before the class is scheduled to begin. Participants not cancelling their enrollment at least 24 hours prior to a class will forfeit their registration fee.
Directory Data: Directory data may be released by JWP Community Education and includes, but is not limited to: name, address, telephone, date & place of birth, participation in activities, awards received, and photographs, including candid photos of students in class or activity setting.
Photographs: Occasionally photographs of activities will be used in future Community Education publications and marketing materials.
